Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Dubai team full time. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for the Middle East. The role involves working very closely with the sales and marketing team to uncover potential opportunities.

Main duties include (cold) calling, Appointment setting, Qualify inbound marketing leads, Mapping out accounts to identify and develop new business opportunities, Present and articulate our solution and value proposition, Work hand in hand with sales to understand Industry focus and required information to help with qualifying appropriate prospects and uncovering business opportunities, Creation and development of campaigns, Maintain all sales activities in CRM system and Weekly reporting on lead follow up and conversion rates.

About You

2+ years of business development and/or inside sales experience with a minimum of 1-year Business-to-Business lead generation
Proven success in developing a sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, lead generation, contact and relationship building
Excellent communication skills (English), both written and verbal, Arabic is a plus
Effective time management and organizational skills
A highly motivated self-starter who works well within a strong team culture while independently managing his/her own work
Bachelor level qualification is desirable

You will be involved in all aspects of the project life cycle from requirements through to build and post go live support, working as part of varied team of expertise and level.

About You

Senior Experience with EPM software (Anaplan, Board, Onestream, Tagetik)
A Master / bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or IT.
5+ years of consulting experience
Strong Excel skills and preferable also some SQL knowledge
Problem solving and analytical; love numbers and solving mathematical puzzles
Entrepreneurial mindset: critical, innovative, commercial, and service-oriented
Dare to work autonomously, take decisions and take responsibility
Proficiency in English, other languages are considered as an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
Willingness to travel
